At Zefrylonix, we stand behind the quality of our handmade cards and printed materials. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Timeframe
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return items for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Eligible Items
The following items are eligible for return:
- Unused cards in original packaging
- Printed materials with manufacturing defects
- Items damaged during shipping
- Incorrect items received
Non-Eligible Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
- Items used or damaged by customer
- Items without original packaging
- Digital products or services
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back using the provided return label
- Receive your refund or exchange once we process the return
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within the return timeframe. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
